Another batch of releases for father’s day!
See you on July 3rd for more chapters to read.
Although, I might release 1-2 chapters of SSMD next week if I’m not too burn from work and actually have some time to translate. No guarantee though.
Today is my birthday. Enjoy today like I would for mine! ^_______^
See you guys on June 19th.
It’s already June. Time sure flies. As I had mention it a while ago, I’m going to pick up some side projects depending on my progress with Record of Washed Grievances. Since I don’t need to translate Magic Chef of Ice and Fire alone anymore, my translation of RoWG will be more steady, so I’m going to add Whispers by Jiu Lu Fei Xiang (轻语 – 九鹭非香) and Poisoning the World : The Secret Service Mysterious Doctor is a Young Beastly Wife (SSMD) by Mu Dan Feng (毒步天下：特工神医小兽妃 – 穆丹枫) as side projects. Whispers is a lighthearted and funny story. While SSMD is funny in another way, I usually like smart and strong female lead and SSMD had it from the chapters I had read up until now. You can check the details of the each side projects by clicking on the images in the revamped project page.
Another thing, as a side project, Whispers and SSMD will be released at a slower pace than RoWG. It means that every time I made a release post, there will always be at least one chapter of RoWG, but there won’t always be a chapter of Whispers or SSMD.
Now, that’s all said and done, here are some releases to start off June.
See you all on June 10th for another batch of releases.
Unfortunately, lots of unforeseen things happen from the start of the month up until now, so I was only able to translate a chapter. There will be more chapters the next time.
See you on June 3rd.
RoWG – Chapter 20
Here’s as promise here’s the missing chapter I didn’t have time to edit last time. Unfortunately, I had a busy week at work, so I couldn’t translate more chapters. There will be more on may 15th.
See you then.
RoWG – Chapter 19
This time, there will be two batch of releases during the same week because I didn’t have time to edit some chapters although it’s already translate.
Enjoy the chapters. ^___^
And the second batch of releases will be on sunday.
It’s already the second monday of the month! Time sure flies.
First, let’s start off with a few announcements and then, it will be time for a new batch of translated chapters to help ease the monday blues.
- Record of Washed Grievances is still going to be translate at a steady pace even if Sian’s translations on Nutty’s blog are farther.
- For the next two or three months, I have no intention on picking up a new project or working on another translations projects/teasers since it would distracted me too much from translating at a decent speed MCIF at Radiant Translations and RoWG.
- After two or three months, depending on how far I am with RoWG’s translations, I might pick up second official project. I’ve yet settle to a specific novel since it will depend if it would be pick up or not by someone else at that time. Feel free to suggest something.
Today is the day for the first monthly releases of this blog. I’m happy that during this month my motivation to translate didn’t lessen, but was fuel instead. I guess that had a lot to do with being able to have the support and help of translators and editors at Radiant Translations and the random karaoke with other translators and editors from various translation groups. And so, with the motto of fun and dedication, here’s what I have in store for you guys to read.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention I add the links for the others blogs I know that are translating either the same book as me or others books from the same series.
We should share the love of good cnovels with each other. If you guys know blogs with interesting translated cnovels, please do share with me. Don’t go hogging the good stuffs because I don’t. ^_~
One last thing, I’m changing the frequency of the update to every two weeks instead of monthly. So, the blog will be update on the second week and last week without a specific date with a minimum of one chapter every time.
As a reminder, I’m a lone translator, english is my third language and chinese my fourth language. Which means it takes me more time to translate compare to other translators and if there are any grammar or spelling mistakes, please do point it out so I can correct them. Thank you for your comprehension!
I decided to pick up A Mistaken Marriage Match: Record of Washed Grievances (错嫁良缘之洗冤录) as a project since I didn’t find any other groups or person translating it. I’m not translating from the start since Inno already translated up to chapter 8 and had left us all hanging there. ^_~
So, here’s chapter 9.
On another topic, since I’m actively translating Magic Chef of Ice and Fire at Radiant Translations, I won’t be able to update this blog weekly because there might not be a chapter to update the blog with. Instead of randomly publishing a chapter when I finish it, I will update this blog monthly and on the last week of the month with all the chapters I have translate during that month. There will be at least one chapter every month.
With this say, see you next month.
